  • Surface Treatment Tumbling & Polishing

Tumbling & Polishing

The chemical mechanical polishing, tumbling, vibratory finishing or trovalisation is a method for modifying the surface state and the metal parts of edges by immersing in an abrasive mixture moved vibratory, oscillatory, or rotating in an open or closed vessel. The result obtained are movements that runs smoothly, runs efficiently, and runs at optimum levels long into the future.

  • Surface Treatment Plating

Plating

Electroplating is primarily used to change the surface properties of an object, such as abrasion and wear resistance, corrosion protection, lubricity, aesthetic qualities. At our facility, we employ two types of plating - Gold plating and Nickel plating.

  • Surface Treatment Pre Cleaning

Pre cleaning

This encompasses a vast array of techniques such as descaling, electro cleaning, cascade cleaning and acid pickling, performed on watch components once they have been produced by machines. All the traces of machining are erased, parts are polished and decorated with extreme care by hand.
