In Stepper motor department, coil winding is done through the automated coil assembly line, using the Casmy coil-winding machine. The copper wire of 18 microns diameter is wound for ‘n’ number of turns based on the calibre requirements. To ensure the highest quality, all electrical testing parameters are carried out at the assembly line itself..

Gear sub-assembly integrates the pinions and wheels using special-purpose machines The Machines include Animex, Vibreurs & KR-II. The sub assembly operations are carried out using two major types, Rivet Fit, which is a clearance fit and Press fit, which is an interference fit.

In Ebauche, we manufacture the plates and bridges for the movements through milling route. In addition to the milling operations, the plates and bridges are also sub-assembled with jewels & in an automated sub-assembly line. Ebauche department consists of highly precise machines such as Almac, Precitramme & Zumbach for the machining operations.

Module Press Shop consists of presses ranging from 1.5 tons to 60-ton presses for blanking up to 3.0mm thick plate, starting with a 10-micron strip. We are capable of manufacturing any type of complex components with materials like Stainless steel, Brass & Copper with our diesets and machinery. The diesets for the presses were made in-house with the capability of our tool room.

The hobbing department produces spur type gears profiles on wheels and pinions using Swiss-made hob cutter. This is done by cutting several facets of each gear tooth profile through a synchronized rotation and feed of the work piece and cutter. This method of hobbing provides significant potential for fast cutting speeds and thus, shorter cycle times.

Auto Turning is a department where turned/ cylindrical components are produced by the turning operation. Our imported machinery possess the accuracy of 5 microns and are capable of drilling holes with a minimum diameter of 0.125mm. Our turning capabilities extend to a variety of materials such as Steel, Brass, Copper beryllium and Phosphor Bronze.
